Non-Profit and Family sites to have their own website without the
inappropriate banner ads displaying as in the secular FREE sites .
We want to help anyone that wants to take the Good News of Jesus
Christ to the world via Online Evangelism to be able to do so.
Note: You may not
use the free site to spam people. If you spam people with the free
site domain, it will be deleted immediately without notice. And you
will be banned from using the free sites.

as this is our ministry for those whom
believe as we do. Example of site we do not host:

Jehovah's Witnesses,

anyone at our sole discretion.
No promotion of products and/or services or advertising
for profit
. If you are engaged in a business for profit
and receive a monetary benefit from your website, you should pay
for website services.

fee-based web hosting plans
to accommodate your needs.
No large file download space

This includes MP3 music, large graphic files, movie files,
animation files, games or program files.
Do not use for high bandwidth requirements

Free members will receive up
15 Mbytes of data per month of
bandwidth. See our
fee-based web host plans
if you need more bandwidth. Meaning no more than 15 Mbytes may be
downloaded to visitors in a single month. Sever abusers will be
removed from ministry-webs.net without
warning. Mild abusers will be monitored and given
notice/report of bandwidth consumption and the opportunity to
upgrade to our fee-based services or modify their bandwidth
consumption.
Do not use this site to spam
people. If you are found spamming people with your site URL,
the site will be deleted immediately.

We will not tolerate abused in any way, and
will monitor all sign-ups on a regular basis to ensure that these

organization claming to be a church who attempts or succeeds in
signing up for services offered by this website
"your site"
refers to the contents of the subdomain within www.ministry-webs.net
managed by you.
WE BELIEVE in the divine inspiration of the whole Bible
and therewith the infallibility of the Holy Scripture, which is
God's Word, and in the eternal Triune God: Father, Son and Holy
Spirit.
WE BELIEVE Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was conceived of
the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, and
shed His blood to save mankind. He died and arose bodily the third
day and later ascended into heaven.
WE BELIEVE that the Lord Jesus Christ died in the place of
each individual sinner and that all who believe in Him as their
personal Savior are justified through His shed blood and have become
children of God.

You may sign up to ministry-webs.net and have
your site "under construction" for a period of one calendar month
from the date of subscription. If we determine that your site is not
being updated after this time period we will remove it, and the
domain will become available for others to use. We will consider
your site not to be completed if there are blank pages, incomplete
paragraphs, or clear indications that it is "under construction".
All sites that are inactive for over 60 days will be deleted
without notice. (This means if you have not made any changes
to the site in 60 days it will be deleted.) It is also your
responsibility to keep your site backed up. We do not back up the
free sites.
Your responsibilities
You MUST maintain a separate current
copy of all data stored on ministry-webs.net servers on your own
computer. You are responsible for keeping a complete and current
copy of your web site files as backup on a remote system (not on
ministry-webs.net Web Hosting servers). ministry-webs.net Web Hosting is
not responsible for any lost files, information, or data.
You will ensure that all content on your site
is accurate, up to date, and glorifying to God.
You will not include any content, which is
sexist, racist, politically motivated, or unlawful.
You agree that all of your content will be
maintained in accordance with United States Law (where this website
is hosted).
You may not include any other client or
server-side code in the text, which you enter. Any attempt to do so
will be regarded as a hacking attempt and your site will be removed
from ministry-webs.net.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All the clipart, graphics, images and
templates used throughout ministry-webs.net are for use within the
ministry-webs.net domain only. If you decide to move your website to
another server from ministry-webs.net you may continue to use our
graphics, images provided that you provide a link back
to us from either your "home" page. You may not move our
templates to any server that does not belong to Ark Webs.
If you wish to use any graphics, images or
templates for any other site (church or otherwise), please
contact us giving us details
of which graphics you require.
Other Terms
The total monthly bandwidth use of your site
shall not exceed 15 Mbytes of data. Any site, which exceeds this
level, will be given 2 months notice of termination, on the grounds
that the site is receiving sufficient traffic to require more
adequate hosting elsewhere. If, during the 2-month period the
traffic increases to over 20 Mbytes of data, the site will be
terminated immediately. This is to ensure continuity of service for
other ministry-webs.net sites.
We reserve the right to change these terms of
use without notice.
We reserve the right to remove all or any part
of your site which we feel is inappropriate for ministry-webs.net at
anytime.
We reserve the right to make such decisions
without consultation with you and to act without notice to you.
No Spamming
ministry-webs.net members agree not to SPAM (send unsolicited email,
or repeated posting of the sites URL in chatrooms, message boards,
etc...)
Right to Terminate Service
ministry-webs.net reserves the right to delete any and all Member
content, that is in our sole discretion, violating this Agreement or
other guidelines, or that is deemed to be harmful to third-third
party content providers or other members. We also reserve the right
to delete any member or site without notice or giving a reason. If
you don't agree to this DO NOT use this FREE service.
Indemnity
The Member agrees to indemnify and hold ministry-webs.net and
third-party content providers harmless for any and all claims and
legal fees arising out of a Member's use of the ministry-webs.net
site. This includes claims arising from the Member's use of material
that is unlawful, infringes on copyrights, or is libelous or
slanderous in nature.
Warranty and Liability Limits
The Member agrees that the services and resources at ministry-webs.net
are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind,
implicit or explicit. ministry-webs.net is not liable to the Member
for any loss or injury, direct or indirect that arises from access
or use of or inability to access or use the Provider's services
information, and any other resources at ministry-webs.net. The Member
agrees that ministry-webs.net and third parties that provide content
to ministry-webs.net are not responsible under any circumstances for
any loss or damage caused by a Member's reliance on information from
ministry-webs.net. The Provider and third parties do not guarantee the
accuracy or completeness of the materials at the site. The Provider
is not responsible for the communication and information provided by
Members in homepages, conferences, chat or any other area of the
site.
ministry-webs.net reserves the right to terminate, without any
prior warning or consent, any homepages that are deemed
unacceptable in ministry-webs.net's sole judgment for any reason. The
terms in this agreement may change at anytime. This is a FREE
service and you do not have any guarantees.
